This report critically examines the existing approaches and offers impactful alternatives to help narrow the front door to the family policing system. It delves into key findings, and presents guiding principles shaped over the course of the four convenings. Additionally, the report explores concrete strategies to end trauma, reduce family surveillance, and prevent separation in Black and Latinx communities.
