Legislation
NTFD and our partner organizations are actively working with City and State lawmakers to pass laws that protect and promote family well-being. In the 2025 legislative session NTFD and partners were instrumental in passing a new state law that would limit harassment in child maltreatment reporting by ending anonymous reporting (see Anti-Harassment in Reporting (A66/S550).
